Government extends timelines for linking of PAN Card with Aadhar card

Central Government recently issued notification and give some relaxation to the taxpayers in lieu of hardship faced by various stakeholders.
Thus, Government further extends timelines for linking PAN Card with Aadhar which is supposed to completed by 30th September 2021 has now been extended to 31st March 2022.
Furthermore, The Government also extended the due date for completion of penalty proceedings under the Act has also been extended from 30th September, 2021 to 31st March, 2022,
Also, the time limit for issuance of notice and passing of order by the Adjudicating Authority under the Prohibition of Benami Property Transactions Act, 1988 has also been extended to 31st March, 2022.
